All vendors must provide the following items on site
✓ 1 x Pop-up tent no larger than 10x10.
✓ Sandbags or Weight: Pop-up tents can only be secured with sandbags or weight. No staking into ground.
✓ Tables & Chairs.
✓ Fire Extinguisher Required for food vendors only.
✓ Valid food vendor permit obtained from depth of public health (213-847-6000). Food vendors only.
All vendors will receive the following items:
✓ Space for a 10x10 Pop-up tent only.
✓ Your brand logo on event branding.
✓ A NaijaFest Vendor Badge.

Terms & Conditions
Photo Release - For valuable consideration, I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and/or reproduction, in any form, by NAPAC FOUNDATION or anyone authorized by the NAIJA FEST 2025, of any and all photographs or video footage taken of the participant. I further understand these photographic images may be used for purpose of advertising, editorial and/or trade, including exhibition, display packaging, all forms of print media, television and other forms of electronic media without prior approval or consent. I further understand and agree that photographs or video taken of the participant may be offered for sale and/or distributed by the NAPAC FOUNDATION, agents or representatives.
FOOD VENDOR NOTE:
All food Vendors MUST obtain necessary permit from the LA City Office.
All food vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher on hand to operate.
